| Introduction | I am a full time working mom in her forties from sunny island Singapore with 1 beautiful daughter and a pair of twins boy. Married to a wonderful man since 1989. I only picked up cooking and baking 2 years before marriage. I have many great friends who are great cook and learnt lots of tips from them. Although my work can be very hectic, I find my time in the kitchen therapeutic. Since time has always been a factor to me, I am always in a lookout for simple and quick but nice dishes to prepare for my family.
