| Introduction | I live in central New York with my husband, 7 parrots and 2 dogs (a 130 lb. long haired King Shepherd and 12 lb. Pekeingese). We don't have any human children, but I think the birds count as kids, since they're like 2 year olds that will never grow up! I was lucky enough to work for a company that allowed people to retire after 30 years of service, and now I understand why people used to tell me they don’t know how they found time to work! There seems to be 2 types of working people - the ones that don't know what to do with themselves when they have time off, and the ones that have so much they want to do that there's not enough time to get it all done. I fall in the latter category - in fact we both do. My husband and I also enjoy showing our cars and belong to a car club that keeps us really busy most of the year. |
