Introduction	Fat, 48 year old, diabetic, displaced worker....non-traditional student starting over in life. There's no one to take care of but myself and I believe that is turning out to be the hardest thing I've ever done.
Interests	Reading, cooking, music, movies, intelligent conversation, writing, spending time with friends and family
Favorite Movies	The Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption, Robin Hood; Prince of Theives, Under the Tuscan Sun, Fried Green Tomatoes, Julie & Julia, The Mummy, old black and whites and good horror movies.
Favorite Music	It depends on my mood. I like classical, some country and blue grass, classic rock, new rock.
Favorite Books	Mists of Avalon, Lamb; The Gospel According to Biff, Jesus' Childhood Friend, Under the Tuscan Sun, anything by Nora Roberts, Patricia Cornwell....and any good story!

When your science teacher smashed a frozen rose with a hammer, did you warm the petals to bring them back to life?

It wasn't a rose, it was a weiner....so that should have alerted me that things wouldn't always be what I wanted them to be.
