| Introduction | Quit the Rat Race and retired to the edge of the jungle in the Philippines. Grew up in small central Illinois town of Mt.Olive, worked in Springfield, Il and previously lived in Auburn, Il before making the big move to the Philippines. Talk about a radical lifestyle change! Taking pontoon boats off the Guimaras Strait to nearby Iloilo City to do shopping instead of driving my Chevy Colorado down I-55, and bathing with ice cold buckets of water over my head, no heated water tanks here, dodging lizard poop as we sleep at night under mosquito nets. Every day is an adventure, and that's what my blog "Lizard Poop!" tries to relate in a humorous fashion. |
