| Introduction | Started this journey in October 2009 and I am now a 50-something-year-old goddess...who is on hormone replacement therapy. Like most, I'm pretty diligent about what I eat, but sometimes I make a series of bad decisions and find myself creeping up on the old scale. So I'm starting a new round...this well almost four years into maintaining my goal weight (within a 3lb range usually)...argh, I hate menopause! Still happily married; successfully employed...now to be satisfied with me. |
