| Introduction | An Agile Transformation Consultant, Professional Coach, Facilitator, and authorized Trainer (ICAgile and Scrum Alliance) who is “passionate about enabling individuals and teams to empower themselves through creating awareness, providing necessary tools & techniques, and through coaching conversations”. I have 18+ years of experience working for different companies in various capacities including Test Engineer, Product Owner, Mentor, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Lead agile coach, Director, and Leadership coach. Since 2011, I have been working (Coaching/Training/Mentoring/Facilitating) with teams in software development in R&D, product-based and service-based organizations.
