| Introduction | Harsha holds a post-graduate degree - M.Sc. (Tech) Information Systems from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He was working in the Sustenance Engineering Group of Oracle Retail since 2008. During this period he developed technical and functional expertise in Oracle Retail Invoice Match, Merchandising System, and Price Management. He has hands-on experience in working on-site with a few retailers to solve their Techno-Functional issues. Prior to joining the Oracle Retail Global Business Unit, Harsha had a stint with Sterling Commerce(an AT&T Company) in their Distributed Order Management and Warehouse Management groups. He has also participated in Business Incubator programs, where he got exposure to managing start-ups effectively. |
