| Introduction | I am a mother of six children and grandmother of 2. I am a Christian and love the Lord Jesus very much. He has changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. I look forward to spending eternity in Heaven with Him someday. We homeschooled our children for 25 years! I loved learning along with them. I read once that 'the best teaching is LEARNING with children'--I agree! I taught myself to sew and then taught our daughters. We did lots of 4H work together. We also did LOTS of crafts--rubber stamping, card making, knitting, spinning, weaving, etc. etc. Our boys tried their hands at woodworking. However,they preferred fishing over all those activities!! My grandchildren and I are doing 'art journals' these days and having much FUN! It is such a wonderful feeling learning new and interesting things. I am incorporating collage (which I had never done before) into my journals. Who knows what we may learn tomorrow! |
