Introduction	I started this blog in April 2009 to share the many wonderful stories I heard from friends about changes they were going through. My intent is to continue to interview people and reach out to others who would like to share their experiences about change. I am a life long learner with over ten years of experience in talent and leadership development. I have designed and implemented high-impact development programs for major corporations. My educational background included a Masters of Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University in adult education and Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
