| Introduction | I'm an autistic with a desire to share through writing and art, as I'm pretty much hopeless at direct communication with people. I have Asperger's, ADHD, and social anxiety. I am also obsessive/compulsive, a recovered alcoholic/addict, and a compulsive overeater/undereater/bulimic. I have been sober for 30 years, through the AA Twelve Step programme, and I am trying to use the same process to deal with everything else. So far, it's not going too well! I also love yoga, and am health-obsessed. |
