| Introduction | At the moment I am working on my M.A. in Media Studies in the Radio-TV-Film department at the University of Texas, in Austin. I received my Bachelor's degree from California State University Long Beach with a double major in Film and Electronic Arts and Communication Studies. I have some production background, primarily in cinematography, but I hope to make my career in the academic realm. More (although not much more) specifically, my interests lie in film history, genre, film grammar, critical studies, auteurism, and a few other areas. That is my situation in a nutshell.
