| Introduction | Attended my first race in 1961 at the legendary Canfield Speedway while in the first grade. Have not stopped since, and over the years have gone from dirt, to asphalt, to ASA Touring, to NASCAR, back to local asphalt, and full circle back to dirt. Through the years, I have been involved in various capacities, from working at tracks, to having a long standing column, "Asphalt Aspects", in the now departed Mid-American Auto Racing News. Now with over 50 years of attending races, I have decided that dirt and asphalt can co-exist quite nicely for me, and it is all good. I love racing. |
