Introduction	I'm an old grumpy git with a penchant for electronic music, trains and buses (call me a nerd, see how much I fail to care), reading, whining about politics to any sad sack who'll listen, socialising on Twitter and in the real world. I no longer smoke. I do still fart. I've travelled round the world and would love to do it again, only via a different route. I can be pretty serious but don't take myself too seriously, for long anyway. Probably regarded by many as a leftie, though it seems like common-sense to me...
Interests	Music, books, London life, eating and drinking. People watching, do a bit of acting as well.
Favorite movies	Nineteen-eighty-four. Clockwork Orange. Green Mile (schmaltzy but moving nonetheless). Nil By Mouth, and Get Carter.
Favorite music	All sorts - have a wide and ecclectic range. Don't really get opera though its a case of never say never. Particularly like heavy rock, early hip hop and most types of electronica from Throbbing Gristle to Orbital to Wendy Carlos (who is bit of a folk hero of mine).
Favorite books	One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Anything by Douglas Coupland, or Douglas Adams, Ramsey Campbell for intricate wordplay, and Christopher Fowler for decently written, leftfield London-centric fiction.

Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?

It will be made of burnt paper and used toner cartridges, and celebrate my creative skills at the computer.
