| Introduction | Shy Bairns Theatre is a new company set up by established historical interpreter and performer Lucy Ridley. Lucy works extensively across the North of England for a range of theatre companies as a performer, drama facilitator and project manager. Over the past 10 years Lucy has created a range of historical characters for prestigious clients including The Castle Museum in York, Durham Cathedral and Preston Hall Museum in Stockton. Her passion for theatre and history has inspired the creation of Shy Bairns Theatre to produce inventive and high quality historical experiences for children and young people. |
