Introduction	For a number of reasons, at this point I have chosen to stay somewhat anonymous. I am male, middle age, and live in Ireland. I have a loving family. Due to a number of reasons which I intend to share - and explore - on this blog, I suffered a nervous breakdown in 2010. I hope that these simple words help others to understand the horrors of this mental illness, and also provides the hope needed for recovery.
