| Introduction | After making it through competitive skiing for 10 years with no knee injuries I went to university where I first tore my right ACL playing rugby. After initially tearing it and since I live in Canada it took a long time to get in to have ACL reconstructive surgery. However, after finally receiving surgery I was only on the recovery path for 8 months before I tore it again. Again I waited over 1 year before having surgery and on Dec 8, 2010 I had ACL surgery on my right knee for a second time. I am sharing my experience of recovering from my ACL surgery online to share what I have learned and help others going through surgery understand what exercises they can do and the timeline for recovery. The questions I look to answer here on on my website at http://www.ACLSurgeryRecovery.net include... What are some ACL surgery recovery exercises. What is the ACL surgery recovery timeline. How much does ACL surgery cost How much does ACL surgery hurt |
