Introduction	This journey of life is a strange, exciting, disappointing, hard, and joyful thing. The beauty of it is that we rarely feel only one thing at a time. Our lives are usually engulfed by seas of mixed emotions and conflicting feelings. We might often find ourselves wondering what is real and what is not. Philosophy is not my forte. There is one thing I know for certain; that when I laugh I feel good. As good old Mark Twain puts it, “The best way you can cheer yourself up is to cheer someone else up”.
