Interests	I love to cook. Especially Italian food. I love my family, good friends, animals, trees, organic everything but don't get in an "organic panic" if I can't find it. I love a good guitar preferrably Santa Cruz, which I would love to own one day. I want to go to Italy to visit my father's and grandparents homes. I meditate for my health and well being and find it relaxing and rejuvenating. I love kids. They make me feel young and teach me so much.

Favorite books	Any of Jane Austen's, James Herriott's All Things Bright and Beautiful series, The Godfather,Harry Potter series, Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol; The Science of Being and The Art of Living by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
