| Introduction | I am over half-way through my China experience. Time has flown by! I had a rough start but I'm so thankful to my husband, mother, father and Donna for making me tough it out. This is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life and I can't wait to share it with Shawn in person and my family and friends with pictures and stories. |
| Interests | I love to cook! I hope that while I am in China, I will learn to cook authentic Chinese meals. I also enjoy going to the gym but I think that will be put on hold till I am back in the states. |
| Favorite movies | I am taking a variety of DVDs to play on my laptop if I get bored or homesick. I'm taking: The first and third Harry Potter Movies. I Love Lucy DVD (thanks Mom). Finding Nemo (in case the child I am living with would like to see an American kids movie. Big Fish. Pirate of the Caribbean. Narnia. The Eigth Season of the Simpsons and some Andy Stanley sermons. |
