| Introduction | Founded by JC M. Chavez, owner of Urban Financial Corp., RealEstate4Charities was designed in a way to transpose my talents in marketing and sales to philanthropy. We are a small private company that focuses in many facets of the Real Estate industry. There is an enormous volume of wealth that has been and will continue to be created in Real Estate and we understand the importance in leveraging that wealth in philanthropy. Our team is continually brainstorming new ideas of how to incorporate our business with the needs of our community. As industry innovators we have committed to donate 10% of our net transaction proceeds to the charitable organizations of our clients choice. We know that people are going to buy and sell Real Estate regardless, so why not do business with a business that is committed to giving back to the community or charity of your choice. The more people we can influence with our way of doing business will be directly proportional to the number of people we can then help with donations.
