Introduction	Well, I'm a 48-year old male. How's that for a start? I actually struggle to define me, because I find myself conflicted in so many different ways. Life-long Republican who hasn't voted for a Republican for any major seat since, well, almost forever. Fiscally conservative, but socially liberal, and that's just the start of my conflicts. Two years ago I had a child graduate high school on Thursday night and a child graduate kindergarten on Friday morning, and have three more children "in the middle," so I'm kinda spread out in fatherhood duties, too. The title of my blog? I find I "volunteer" to do more things simply because I haven't learned that simple two-letter word, "no." I'm trying, but it's a lifelong habit I'm trying to break.
