| Introduction | I am a 48 year old widow....or as I like to say, "Widowed with a Twist!" When my husband passed away, I had been separated from him for about 1.5 years, BUT he never would sign the divorce papers, leaving me a widow. He had a serious drinking problem, which in the end....killed him. I have an 12 year old daughter who is the apple of my eye. Lucky for me, she is a GREAT kid. I am NOT a writer but, at the suggestion of a friend, am going to try this blogging stuff! What I hope to gain from this is writing my stuff anonymously and receiving feedback and helping others in similar situations. |

| Favorite music | I like all kinds of music except opera & country...and even country has gotten better. My IPod is a mishmash of music from the 60's to todays music.... |
| Favorite books | Though I haven't been reading much lately, I love Ann Rule and her true crime books. I think every woman should have a copy of "He's Just Not That Into You" and use it as a dating guideline!! |
