Interests	Water treatment system for production of UPW for usage in semiconductor industries. High level technology to achieve UPW TOC spec of < 0.5 ppb and very low concentration of Silica and Boron. Also interested in finding detail info on extensive TOC destruction including usage of ozone and alkaline RO (also known as High Efficiency RO)
