| Introduction | Hi! I am a doctoral candidate in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. My research focuses on strategic risk and health communication. Specifically, she investigates (1) how people seek and share information about health and environmental risks, (2) the effects of communication messages on public perceptions of health and environmental issues, (3) media coverage of health and environmental issues such as global climate change. Before coming to Madison, I completed a M.A. degree in Mass Communication at University of Florida, specializing in public relations. After graduating from National Chengchi University in Taiwan, I worked in the marketing and public relations industry for two years. I love teaching and doing research! |
