Introduction	I am a grandmother whose life has been shattered in a way I would never have believed possible. I lost my beloved grandson, Nathan, my first grandchild, at age 20 on March 21, 2008. At the time of this writing it's been six months and two days since his leaving and the wounds are still open and searing. I have created this blog as a place to log random feelings as I journey along this path of grief. I'm sure there will be times that much time will pass between posts, and other times when I'll only "blog" one short sentence. Please feel free to share any memory of Nathan that you have, or any thoughts about the grief at the loss of your beloved.

Favorite music	Genre or specific song? My husband plays Bluegrass so I like that but I also like good mellow blues music.
