| Introduction | David is currently a Technology Based Learning Manager for a large multinational firm and has the opportunity to work in the PM role for gaming/simulation development and other Tech-based learning initiatives; including podcasting, web-based design and development, and live virtual instruction. David also has extensive experience in the realm of performance improvement with skills and experience which include needs analysis, blended curriculum design, e-learning systems and services, program management, and ROI. To keep abreast of the latest developments in his field, David is a member of the American Society for Training & Development(ASTD) and subscribes to several mail lists, magazines, and online discussion groups. David earned his Masters of Education from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1996 and obtained a certificate in synchronous online instructor from NYU in 2000. |
