Introduction	Rob and I are two divorcees who have 2 kids each from our previous marriages (1 boy and 3 girls). At the moment I live in a 18sq home (14sq living) which is beginning to burst at the seams. Rob happened to drive past one fine day and noticed an estate in Werribee had 44 blocks up for sale. He thought it would be a great area to live and there's not many places nowadays where you can find quarter acre blocks and he'd also be closer to his children. So we agreed to purchase one of the quarter acre blocks. After spending close to 2 years to-ing and fro-ing between Henley and Porter Davis we had finally come to a decsion to build with PD. We are building the Ivanhoe 36sq by Porter Davis and hope to be in by end of February 2012. Our journey begins here.....
