| Introduction | So I am new to the world of technology and blogging (turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks). I am not new to the world of color, design, decorative painting, scrapbooking, gardening and crafting. Even did some crocheting, cross stitching and sewing back in the day. I am a wife, daughter, sister and mother. My young men are 19 and 17. I think a lot about being green and recycling, upcycling and repurposing, although I’m not always perfect. I am not a girly, girl, although I love some bling! All colors, metallic paints, glitter paint, crystals and metal leafing , just can’t get enough in my surroundings. Love the blend of crusty old walls and distressed furniture, paired with silk or velvet drapes with beaded fringe and a crystal chandelier! Maybe even an antiqued, silver leaf ceiling.
