| Introduction | Just a guy that lives in AZ that plays on his radio and goes hiking in the Grand Canyon from time to time. I was first licensed in Iowa in 1986 as KA0YDM, since I was single at the time I was dubbed as Young Daring Male. Shortly afterward I upgraded from Novice to Technician as N0HJQ. I was inactive for several years until I moved to Arizona where I studied and received my Extra and applied for vanity call NJ7I and later N7AZ. I work for a defense contractor as an Electronic Technician. Other hams in the family include my wife Donna-KB0JOK (Jon's O K) and my step-daughter Mindy-KB0JOL. |
