Introduction	In 2011, I Graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. With a half-confused, half-skeptical look I am usually asked, “what is that?” The established answer would likely be something along the lines of “an interdisciplinary study of human culture and civilisation”. Whether it be through art, architecture, literature, music, dance, theatre, history, philosophy, or a myriad of other disciplines, in it's simplest form however, I believe that the Humanities is simply the study of creation. And, whereas I will most likely get myself a straightforward day job, let me assure you that “do you want fries with that?” is not my only option. I have heard it said that I majored in “interesting table conversation”. Well, if that be the case, perhaps I can share a few things that will initiate some discussion.
