| Introduction | Life can be crazy sometimes. It can take you by surprise and feel like quite the roller coaster. But that also means it can be an amazing adrenaline rush! I find myself 28 years old, and starting over. As scary as this was a few months ago, I am now feeling better than ever, and I am ready to take my life and transform it into something so much better.
