| Introduction | My name is Karen. I am a LDS Christian woman in my 30's. I am the mother of four, living in western Canada. I love being a stay at home mom (most of the time). I met my husband at church and life with him just keeps getting better. I consider myself to be an idea compiler. I love to search for different people's great ideas and put them together. I used this method while suffering from severe postpartum depression for several years. By searching out other people's ideas I have been able to put back together the pieces of my life and get well again. I hope some of my experiences and the ideas I have found can help others.
