Introduction	I am a Culinary Art Grad. I love food and anything that goes into it, with it and on it. That includes how it is grown, cleaned, cooked, eaten, digested and utilized by the body. I am into getting my masters in nutrition. Don't know when I will start but it will happen. I cooked in top restaurants from the east coast to the west coast. I even went to china and cooked. Pretty cool stuff. A lot of work and a lot of play. Enough about me.....

Favorite movies	Transporter, Good Will Hunting, The Life Aquatic, Babel, Scarface, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smocking Barrels...I mean the list could go forever. Love movies.
Favorite music	Anything and Everything....It just depends on the mood you know. Some Rock, Classical, whatever soothes the soul at the time of need.
