| Introduction | My life has been interesting, to say the least. I would not say that I have sailed through life unscathed, but I have tried to do a shift and understand that I am not really "scathed" (is that a word? It must be if you can be unscathed) but marked...marks in my psyche and in my body that make me who I am. And I pretty much like that, so it is all good. I once said that I have "suffered enough to come back as a sacred cow", but now I realize that I have not suffered, just lived and experienced. A lot. And that is all good too. Suffering is a choice I try daily not to make anymore, kind of a waste of time. I learned when I had a blog during my fight with cancer that writing helps me feel things and move on, instead of getting stuck and suffering. So, after setting this up a year ago I am ready to use it! Let's get this party started... :o) |
