| Interests | Believe it or not, it's neither lacrosse, the CFL, nor hockey, although I do love a good bloody fistfight on ice, and of course, the Zamboni. I do enjoy pointing out to all of my friends and relatives all of the famous Canadians we encounter in our daily lives stateside and do so on a regular basis. Like any Canadian worth her salt, I love poutine, and once was bold enough to make it at home. The invasion continues. |
| Favorite movies | As far as Canadian flix (and a certain portion of my viewing must conform to Canadian content standards), I have the 1990 Quebec film "Strangers In Good Company" waiting for me, courtesy of TCM's ongoing series "Women Make Film." A favourite Canadian movie of mine is "New Waterford Girl", and not just for Andrew McCarthy. |

| Favorite books | Have been reading a lot of memoirs in the last year. Started reading On the Road recently, but found it kind of boring. Best book I've read in the last few years has been Station Eleven, written by a Canadian, of course! |
