| Introduction | I am an author of children and adult books. My favorite pastime is reading -- when I'm not writing, which presents a small, make that a big problem. I have an eating problem. I like to eat, and I'm not crazy about exercise. I am at a healthy weight now. If you have a similar problem,I want to help you overcome it. You see, it's really a matter of sin. Yes, S.I.N. A sin that folks laugh at. I'm talking about gluttony. Obesity is no laughing matter, but since laughter is good medicine, we'll get through this with words of wisdom from the Bible, and a good deal of humor. I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or physical trainer. Nor do I have a degree in theology, but I am a Christian, and a student of the Bible. I am a voracious reader on many subjects. My strongest qualification is that I have up close and personal experience with food addiction, and recovery. Like any addict, I am not cured, but continue to struggle every day to resist the cravings. |
