| Introduction | My business card says "Managing Broker" which means I'm licensed to help people sell, buy and lease real property. My work is more about the people than the properties. It is based on integrity, absolute customer satisfaction, and diligent attention to detail. It is about helping people and their families achieve their real estate goals quickly and without pain. I provide a lot of data and counsel and always keep my clients in a position of strength and confidence as they make decisions. Fundamental to this is an understanding of real estate markets, negotiations, and the motivations of buyers and sellers. I have lived in Seattle since 1990 (originally San Francisco). I work primarily in single family homes and condominiums; with some multi-family and commercial when appropriate. I partner and make introductions to good agents when I'm not the best person for the job. In my 18 years in sales and marketing my customers have appreciated my honesty, top-tier customer service and tenacity.
