| Introduction | This is a blog of reflections related to my doctoral studies (Ed.D) in leadership at Creighton University, in Omaha. In the civilian world, I am a multi-hatted program manager and capture professional responsible for providing long-range planning, technical direction and coordination for design projects, and methods for effective coordination of the various elements of the projects and programs.
