Introduction	I am a father of three great kids (Chloe, Kelsey and Keegan)and married to my best friend, Liz. I grew up in a small town where I was able to participate in many different things. I went off to College at Hamilton College and loved it so much I stay there for seven more years working in alumni and development, while helping out in the athletic department. There I met and married Liz. I then spent ten years in Athletics at Binghamton University, before leaping to Towson University, only to get caught up in an administration change and am now without a job. To keep my mind fresh and share some of my views, a shock to my mom, I thought I would write this blog about my experiences and views on everything from fatherhood, sports, work, and other topics near and dear to me. I hope that you enjoy, comment, agree or disagree, accepting that I don't believe that I am an expert but just sharing my thoughts and experiences.
