Introduction	I love to bake and create food. Sweets are my specialties but I really love cooking all together. I would not consider my self a foodie but maybe a "foodie in training." Paula Deen is my hero. My humor is more like Anthony Bourdain. My dream would be to open up a bakery, a real bakery, not one of those cupcake copouts. A bakery that still serves everything like freshly baked breads and pies, as well as intensely cute cupcakes, and gourmet chocolates. My goal for this blog is to have a venue to showcase some of my kitchen creations and maybe give my opinion on a few other cravings I come across.
Interests	My Kids. I used to love to read before i had them. But now I love to eat and cook! It seems I am also interested in dieting since I do it all the time! Kind of ironic.
Favorite music	I love all music! Don't have a specific type.
