About me

Introduction	My name is Joshua Self, I am a 3D Artist. I’ve been working in 3D for about 4 years. I work in Maya, MatchMover, MudBox, Realflow, Hdr LightStudio Pro, After Effect, PS5, and Illustrator. I’m currently a student at the Art Institute of Las Vegas and will be graduating this Winter (2012). My 3D work consist of 3D Modeling for Product Visualization, 3D Compositing (Camera Tracking & Camera Matching), and Particle Effects. I also work for a Production Company “Got Films” in Las Vegas NV. I’ve worked on a Motion Film “The Gambler” as a Grip, SpikeTV “The Ultimate Fighter” Camera Operator, and Howard Stern “The Howard Stern Show” P.A. to name a few. My goal in life is to earn a position with a Production studio where I can utilize my skills in Production or Post-Production to the best of my ability. My dream job is to work on set during production for special effects scenes and then help create the effects in post.
