Introduction	Until this morning, I had held out hope that I wouldn't be "the oldest one" on our blog... but alas, I am. That doesn't necessarily mean it comes with any added level of experience, for sure! As a 36 year old entrepreneur and avid cook... I wish relationships were as simple as following a recipe that I found on the Food Network! Heck...what if there was a culinary school for dating?! (Shouldn't there be??) Growing up in the midwest, but living in FL before moving to TN, I have a very diverse and spicy taste in men...but I definitely still look for the basic qualities that largely seem impossible to find anymore. I've been in relationships that are basic with just a little garlic and butter... but I want to order an exotic spice just to make a special dish! Life's little recipes have the basics and there is something to be said for a blend of discerning tastes. And I believe there's a reason for "peas and carrots," "steak and potatoes," or "burger and a milkshake." Somethings just go better with that other thing that compliments them.
