Introduction I attended culinary school at Western Culinary Institute and worked in the culinary industry for 8 years before my son’s birth in April of 2008. I currently hold the title of chef in my home cooking for my husband and son. My goal is to provide them with nutritious whole foods that I enjoy cooking and we all enjoy eating. Sometimes I take shortcuts, Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar, but most times I whip up a favorite soup, Minestrone, or a fancy pants dish such as Chicken Marsala. I am hoping to share recipes with readers that will keep their family interested and asking for more. Enjoy!
