Introduction	My name is Millie and I am 44 years old. I've been blessed to be married for 25 years to a faithful, caring husband. We have nine children, ages 15mos. - 23 years old. And we have two grandchildren. We home school our children to the best of our ability, and brother it is NOT easy! Most importantly, I am a sinner saved by grace through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Praise be to Him! I started this blog at the weight of 285. My highest weight was 380 pounds. I'm grateful to say I've stayed under 300 pounds these past four years but haven't been able to finish the race set before me. This time I'm going into it with more positive thinking and less temporary thinking - like, "Oh, won't life be grand once I get all this weight off." After having talked to and read from many of those who have succeeded, I know this is a lifetime of hard work. Bring it. :)
