| Introduction | I am totally self-taught/mom-taught/mil taught and have not any formal training in culinary . Just grew up watching my mom and my papa's simple and innovative cooking and picked up awesome tips and tricks along the way. Everyday is a cooking journey for me . It always inspires inner happiness and satisfaction when your cooking brings happy smile on the faces of your loved ones . To me this blog is a way of thanking my mom, my papa(yes he is a great cook .... i learned my first round chapati from my papa ) and my mil and to documenting my learnings , experiences, and my culinary journey.
