| Introduction | Hi there and a big Welcome to my blog. I'm Sonya and live in a small country village, in New zealand called Duntroon. Once upon a time my life was very ordinary. I was mum to three lovely children and wife to a wonderful,very active husband. On Sunday the 22nd 0f August 2004 my hubby and eldest son headed off on a trail bike ride, as they often did on a Sunday. Father/ son bonding and all that! This Sunday was destined to change life as we knew it. Alas my hubby fell off his bike and broke his neck and has been left with no feeling or movement from the neck down. Life as we knew it was no longer the same. Down the track now and we are getting on with life. Life is what you make of it and as long as we have love, smiles, hopes, dreams and a little sunshine its all good isnt it! |
