Introduction	I am a leadership coach and adult educator.I have tertiary qualifications in human communication, adult education and business administration. I majored in leadership and human resource management during my MBA. I have worked as a speech pathologist, adult educator, and manager and project manager over my 28 year career in private and public organisations. I have extensive experience of the pains and pleasures of managing/ leading people as well as managing /leading my own career. I have designed and presented workshops for regional, state and national forums, since the late 1980s. I started Redgate Consulting to provide leadership, career and business coaching services to people working across sectors and at any stage in their career.
