Introduction	Outside my family, running and mountains have come to be my dominant interests over the last ten years or so. In both cases revisiting interests of my youth. Not gone back to potholing though - that really would be too much at my age. These have come together recently with a couple of races being used to raise money for Tukee Nepal, a group I got involved in during a trip to Nepal in 2007. They are doing excellent work in promoting education and health projects in a remote valley in Nepal. Everything now focussed on completing all 12 in the Vasque series but in particular the Lakeland 100, my next fund raising event. I failed in it last year but this year will succeed!
