| Introduction | I am a guy who in High School couldn't gain weight. I would eat 2-3 whoppers at a time and still be a 6'4" 170lb person. I did enjoy to play a lot of sports from basketball almost daily to baseball or whatever was going on at the time. I moved to NY and sat behind a desk and now do very little physical activity. This is about to change!! |
