| Introduction | I was born in 1976. I was saved in 1991 (I think it was 1991 - my memory is getting foggy now that I'm getting old) at a spiritual emphasis day retreat for Des Moines Christian School. Nate and I were married in 1998. We tried for 5 years to have children until I had 4 miscarriages and 3 tubal pregnancies leaving me unable to have children and a little bit angry with God. God worked on my heart and showed me some truth and has since blessed us with the miracle adoption of our daughter, Olivia in April 2005. Nate and I were in music ministry for several years (he is a drummer and I did the administration/merchandise sales/travel planning/taking care of whatever else came up that we didn't expect... That ministry ended and now we're enjoying each other's company and growing in the Lord together while we wait for Him to bring our calling to a reality! He's revealing more every day! How exciting it is to live in these times! Oh - and I like to talk if you haven't noticed! I also LOVE to laugh heartily - especially at the silliness of people! |
